Three months ago, we had a new roof installed on our home by Mike Ragan Roofing. From the moment the company representative, Greg Jackson, came to give me an estimate, to the completion of the job, it was a very pleasant experience. Greg was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. It was clear to me that this company was interested in providing excellent customer service, as well as a quality roofing product and installation. Would I use the company again? Absolutely!
This was a great experience from beginning to end. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I called Mike Ragan Roofing and they set up an appointment for an appraisal. Greg came out to my house looked at the roof. We talked about the materials they use and he explained the whole process to me in detail. He showed me some samples and I picked out what color I wanted. Greg went back to the office and by that evening he emailed me with an estimate. I printed the estimate and contract off, signed it, scanned it and emailed it back. The next week I had a new roof. It only took them one day to take the old roof off and put a new one on. It’s a better roof than the original roof was. It looks great and the clean up was so good you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I am extremely pleased. You can’t go wrong by choosing this company for your roofing needs

Greg with Ragan Roofing was amazing to work with. He was very quick to check out our damage and give me a quote. He also helped me work with my insurance company and even educated me on roof repairs and what is expected by codes. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. The guys did a great job.
