Definitely the best nail salon in the Hermitage/Donelson area! Jackie, Rachel, Loan were amazing! I got a gel manicure and they did an excellent job with my nails. From the moment I walked in they offered me something to drink and were super friendly the whole time I was there. Will definitely come back whenever I need my nails done. Thank you Jackie!!
Wonderful experience! First time here as I just moved to area from AZ. I used to get pedicures every 2 weeks and really needed one. I went to 2 other salons this morning that didn't have enough staff or whatever to get a walk in client. I decided 3rd time a charm. The gentleman greeted me kindly and had a gal ready to do Pedi. She did a nice job and for $35. I have found my new place. Massage was soft and she got a ingrown out which was bugging me. Chairs were comfy. Clean salon and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much! You made my day.
The staff is very friendly, great customer service, and reasonable prices. They do an excellent job on my nails and I always receive compliments on them.
This has been my spot for the last 3 yrs. Jackie & the crew provide a great, clean atmosphere along with excellent customer service. You can definitely tell they take pride in services they provide. Best mani/pedi around in my book😊
A reply to their response: While I do appreciate the response, I was very turned off by the establishment when I asked several times for regular polish, and they still tried to do gel. If I hadn’t said anything, I would’ve still been charged for gel when I expressed multiple times I just wanted regular polish. Polish started chipping after 2 days. Menu says a basic manicure with polish is $20 and somehow my service was $30 before tip. I will never understand the purpose of a price menu if they’re going to over charge you. Won’t be returning to this salon
