Price for wash on website is $25 so she overcharged me $25. , providing false medical advice saying veganism and hydration will solve my scalp condition. “I’ll press your hair only if you’re patient and happy” incredibly rude. Overpriced for location and experience. 0/5 stars for customer service.
Listeeennn when I tell you I came out a 360!! Amanda was on time, professional, easy to converse with and knowledgeable, I absolutely enjoyed my visit! Best way to start my birthday! Thanks so much Amanda, see you on the next visit! Update: Just got 2 strand twist by Shadree and she didn't disappoint. My previous review was my first time visiting this salon so this is just my second visit, unfortunately, cause I love it here! Definitely will be returning sooner than later

Wasted my time and told me to come at 10PM when clearly it says they close at 9PM. Nobody has time to come that late if I’m spending MY money, so when I asked about it she tried to get smart so I just will go to someone better. The work not even that good to have that bad of an attitude
Came in from out of town on work . Called and got a walk in appointment with Brandon for starter locs. Couldn’t make it till after hours so for a minimal charge Brandon accommodate me and got my locs going. Excellent customer care and my coils look great
