A family member recommended Archway when we had damage from storms last year. Alex & Andrew were great to work with and very knowledgeable about working with our insurance to get a replacement roof. They came out quickly to get our roof tarped while we worked through the details with insurance. After my roof was severely damaged in a storm earlier this year, Bo and Andrew at Archway Roofing set my mind at ease from the moment I called. It was raining again the day I called, and water was dripping into the bedroom. By the end of the day, Bo had brought a small crew over to nail down a tarp over the most damaged part of the roof to stop the leak. I don’t remember ever being billed for that, by the way. On the day the new roof was installed, Andrew came early that morning with a crew of workers, and did not leave the work site until the old roof was stripped off, the new one installed, and every bit of old roofing (including nails) was gone. In fact, since it was getting dark when they were finishing, Andrew came back the next day by himself to make an additional sweep for stray nails in the driveway and yard. They were also very easy to with me as my insurance was a little slow to finish paying the replacement value. Overall, I’m very glad that my friend referred me to Archway Roofing, and I have zero reservations about referring my own friends to them.
